No. Espir will never tell you what to eat, how much, or when to stop. It helps you notice — that's all. What you do with it is yours.

PRACTICAL
€29.99 a year, or €9.99 a month. Both plans start with a seven-day free trial. In other countries, the price shown at purchase is the one set by your local store.
The subscription starts automatically and the first payment is taken. If you cancel at least twenty-four hours before the seven days are up, nothing is charged.
From your Apple account settings or your Google Play account settings, never from inside the app. Step-by-step instructions are on our support page.
iPhone and Android. A subscription bought on one platform can't be transferred to the other.
No. An anonymous account is created on install, with no sign-up. You can later link it to Apple, Google, or an email address if you want to keep your moments when you change devices.

At the very bottom of the Profile page, inside the app. Deletion is immediate and permanent. It's also possible without installing the app, from our dedicated page.
